Faith Lodge No. 1158 was chartered in 1921 by the Grand Lodge of Texas. It was the second Lodge located in Wichita Falls, Texas and was named for the city's motto: "The City that Faith built."

Located at 3503 Kemp Blvd. in Wichita Falls, Texas, the Lodge meets on the First and Third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM.

A meal is served prior to the meeting at 6:30 PM.

Floor School of Instruction is held every Monday at 7:00PM.
