Maskat Shrine was chartered in 1921 and enters the 21st century in its new facility. Located at 5101 Henry S. Grace Freeway in Wichita Falls, Texas, stated meetings are held on the Second Tuesday of each month except July and August. Maskat Shrine Center may be reached by email. masshr@wf.net
